Clean seawater from Sakito-cho, Saikai City, Nagasaki Prefecture is passed through an ion membrane to make “thick salt water” and slowly boiled down in a flat pot to finish. With excellent adhesion and solubility, dried products are easy to handle and ideal for shaking salt.
